REG GARNER PHOTOGRAPHY
Reg Garner is a professional photographer with a passion for capturing the beauty of nature with his camera. He spends his free time afield, making photographs along beaches, natural springs, or deep in a swamp. His work is displayed at area hospitals, local offices, and galleries.
Reg’s love for photography was inspired by his father, also a photographer, who taught him the fundamentals of film cameras. As a young man, Reg met and attended a lecture by the father of landscape photography, Ansel Adams, who has influenced Garner’s photography ever since.
Reg also enjoys teaching photography at local camera clubs and is frequently a guest speaker on photographing Florida nature. He has given lectures at Friends of the Wekiva, Orlando Shriners, Seminole county Audubon Society, Understand Photography Podcast.
Reg’s solo exhibit of twenty photographs titled “Hidden Places of Florida” is currently displayed at the Major’s Gallery, Orlando City Hall.
